Описание:
HR Specialist (Atyrau)
Responsibilities:
— To keep records of personnel of the Company with its subdivisions and appropriate personnel documentation;
— To provide written issuance of orders, employment agreement and its supplementary agreement, business trip certificate and other staff documents as per labor legislation;
— To formalize personal file of new-comer employees ;
— To generate and maintain staff personal file, to make changes related with labor activity;
— To keep records of work books, to make seniority estimation;
— To issue proof of employment for present employee and ex-employee of the Company;
— To advise staff regarding labor relations;
— To keep records of staff vacation, to exercise control over drafting and maintenance of regular vacation schedule;
— To draw up vacation orders;
— To record sick lists;
— To draw up documents required for staff payroll accounting;
— To keep records of archive and File List of Legal Compliance Department;
— To draw up operating orders, to keep records of staff payroll of the Company;
— To take actions regarding Company’s labor discipline and internal regulations observation;
— To work out human resources regulatory documents;
— To draw up work permit for foreign labor (FL);
— To draw up migration registration of FL;
— To draw up documents for obtaining permits, invitations;
— To draw up and prolong passport visas of FL;
— To cooperate with Almaty (Astana) Office for Passports and Visas;
— To notify FL regarding employment / dismissal;
— To draw up medical insurance policies, bank cards for new-comer employees of the Company;
— To make out required reporting forms.
