Certification department specialist – Almaty
Responsibilities:
— Communicates to the client and other parties about quality service and get corrective action if there is any customer complaints;
— Gets action for timely invoicing and collection;
— Develops a working system, participates in business plan;
— Implements effective communication with the clients, supplies;
— Plan certification activities in accordance with acrreditation rules;
— Contribute in preparation of the technical and commercial offers.
